About Sidekick

Sidekick was formed by two independent agency owners who were frustrated by a lack of support in the web development and design space. When things got busy they were faced with a choice: take a risk and hire another staff member (and risk running out of work), hire an expensive freelancer (and cut into the project’s profit) or outsource to a foreign country (and risk losing control of the project).

Sidekick’s aim is to tackle all 3 of those pain-points by offering affordable rates, no fixed contracts and highly skilled developers. We believe that every agency needs access to seamless, reliable and professional web development on a consistent basis.

We work hard to build meaningful and honest relationships with everyone we support, so that you can focus on growing your agency and supporting your clients.

Initiative
We’re doers. When trusted with a project we’ll get it done in the time agreed, and if we see a problem, we’re happy to tackle it! We’ll let you know if we do come across an issue with any project, but we’ll also come to you with solutions and ideas. Our job is to make your life easier, and it’ll take a little initiative to do that.

Transparency
We’re an open book. You know exactly who you’re working with, what you’re paying, and when we’re going to have your next project done.
